Kataleya and Kandle's management crisis prompts Sheebah Karungi to share her advice

Kataleya and Kandle recently found themselves amid a management crisis, causing them to go missing in action from the music scene. This situation has drawn attention to many including Sheebah Karungi, a seemingly self-reliant female artist who has faced similar difficulties in her career.

When asked for her food of thought, she honestly stated that she has reached out to a few people in the industry but has not been able to find out the clear reason for the duo’s silence. She thinks they are facing the same thing she faced in the early years of her music career.

She stresses that when artists face management crises, it can have a profound impact on their careers. Just like herself, who once parted ways with her management, Kataleya and Kandle may be feeling the weight of uncertainty and the struggle to navigate the industry independently.

This sense of dependency on others can lead to desperation, potentially damaging their brand and artistic reputation.

Sheebah emphasizes that artists should realize that they are the prize. Despite the obstacles they may face, such as gender biases, artists need to stay confident in their abilities and not let anything deter their focus.

She highlighted the significance of signing contracts and laying a solid foundation when starting a new journey with a manager. And greatly advised the duo about clear communication being key, as artists, they should express their goals, aspirations, and how they plan to achieve them.

She further advises them and her fellow artists to lay everything they want on the table and communicate their expectations. This includes discussing how they hope to achieve their goals and how they plan to gain recognition in the industry.
