Balaam Barugahara has issued a warning to individuals seeking monetary assistance or employment opportunities following his recent appointment as a State Minister for Youth and Children Affairs.

Expressing his stance, Balaam emphasized that he is not in a position to provide financial aid or job placements, urging individuals to refrain from approaching him with such requests.

The surprising appointment of Balaam to a ministerial position caught many off guard, given his background in event management. However, amidst speculation and curiosity, Balaam asserts that his new role does not equate to a source of handouts or employment prospects for the public.

In a statement addressing the high expectations placed upon him, Balaam conveyed his disappointment at the misconception that he possesses the authority to distribute jobs or monetary assistance.

He clarified that his ministerial responsibilities do not entail such privileges, and individuals should manage their expectations accordingly.

Don’t bring your proposals to me asking for money, I don’t have job placements neither do I have money. I work for my money and I urge you to engage in government programs. You will be able to access this money.

Despite assuming the role of a minister, Balaam highlighted his continued dedication to earning his income through hard work. He expressed bewilderment at the notion of individuals expecting free handouts, emphasizing the value of self-sufficiency and diligence in achieving financial stability.
