Success often comes to those who dare to dream big and seize every opportunity that comes their way. One such success story is that of Sasha Vybz, a talented music video producer who has made waves in the industry.
From humble beginnings to working with renowned artists like Eddy Kenzo and Sheebah, Sasha Vybz’s journey is a testament to the power of determination and talent.
His story begins with a desire to pursue his passion for music videos. Before leaving for school in South Africa, he reached out to Eddy Kenzo, hoping for a chance to collaborate.
However, initially, Kenzo doubted Sasha Vybz’s work and declined the offer, stating that he wasn’t well-known yet. Undeterred, Sasha Vybz continued to hone his skills and wait for the right opportunity.
Luck was on Sasha Vybz’s side when Eddy Kenzo eventually gave him a chance to direct the music video for the song “Stress Free,” featuring Face Off.
Despite being in South Africa for school at the time, Sasha Vybz managed to create a visually stunning video that struck a chord with audiences. “Stress Free” became an instant hit, and his talent as a music video producer was recognized.
Following the success of “Stress Free,” Sasha Vybz caught the attention of another talented artist – Sheebah.
Impressed by his work, Sheebah flew Sasha Vybz from South Africa to collaborate on her song titled “Jordan.” This marked a significant milestone for Sasha Vybz, as it was the first time an artist had personally flown him in to work on a project.
The collaboration between Sasha Vybz and Sheebah resulted in a visually captivating music video that further solidified Sasha Vybz’s reputation in the industry and has since then evolved into arguably one of the best music video producers we have in the country and Africa.
