The Mayanja singing brothers’ father, Mr. Gerald Mayanja disclosed that he plans to dig his graveyard very soon.

Speaking in an interview, Mr. Gerald Mayanja first hinted at how his eldest son, Humphrey Mayanja is battling with cancer, and no one is allowed to visit him because the stage at which the cancer he is battling is very critical.

He explained that doctors stopped people from visiting him, saying they could easily cause him infections that would cause him harm since he is at a stage where he is very delicate.

Mr. Gerald Mayanja disclosed that he decided to plan and dig his own grave, following inspiration from his late friend, who showed him his grave before his passing.

He added that he plans to dig the grave in less than a year as a sign of appreciating God for his prolonged lifetime and witnessing a few things on earth.

He added that he is not scared of death anymore since he has enjoyed his life for the years he has lived on this planet.

Me digging my own grave is not a symbol of scaring and putting members of my family on tension. It is just a symbol of giving thanks to God for the longeveity that I have lived on. I no longer take death as a big deal. In away of showing appreaction to God, that wherever HE is taking me, I’m scared to take the route that is why I decided to start plans of digging my own grave whether I want it or not. When I delay, it will be less than a year to set up my own grave but I am ready now. I picked the inspiration from one of my friends who showed me his grave before his passing.
