Celebrated actress and musician Mariam Ndagire is looking forward to extending support to twelve musicians through her established Ndagire Mariam Media platform.
She listed the requirements she wants the interested musicians to have including at least each having four original compositions adding that having them recorded in the studio is an added advantage.
The “Byonna Twala” singer further put an age limit that suggested that those interested should be between the age of 18 – 39 years old.

The offer she has established is the first of its kind that no other artist has ever come out publicly and offered to support more than ten rising artists without requesting any payment.
Just the act of putting up the opportunity is a clear sign that Mariam Ndagire is adding a brick to the Ugandan music industry by trying to uplift rising talents something that needs to be copied by the rest of the veterans and established musicians.
