Singer Joseph Manyanja a.k.a Jose Chameleone’s elder brother Humphrey Mayanja has breathed his last today morning succumbing to a cancer battle.
A few months ago, the Mayanja family held a meeting and agreed on a decision to recall Humphrey back home from the USA where he was receiving cancer treatment and get started on medication at Mulago Hospital.
During his time receiving treatment at the cancer institute in Mulago, his family members and relatives were all barred from accessing him for fear that they could bring him infections.
His father, Mzee Gerald Mayanja made the revelation in a recent interview whereby he disclosed that they were facing a tough time as a family concerning the severe pain his son was undergoing since he had been subjected to all kinds of cancer treatment.
By the time Humprey was recalled back home, he had spent most of this adulthood time in the USA working hard to make ends meet.
In the course of working hard, he developed stomach complications and was later diagnosed with cancer.
The Mayanja brothers and their friends have since gone on to express their deep sorrow and sadness following the untimely passing of their brother.
