The Nigeria Premier Football League rescheduled fixture between Rivers United and Rangers has been postponed by the Interim Management Committee (IMC).

The game was Initially billed for Wednesday at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium, Port Harcourt.

It will now hold on Wednesday, March 22 at the same venue.

Rivers United’s request for postponement was granted by the IMC to allow the NPFL champions prepare for their CAF Confederation Cup matchday five encounter against Diables Noirs of Congo.

Stanley Eguma’s side will face the Congolese at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo on Sunday.

Rivers United top Group B with nine points from three games.
