As several Ugandans languish in hospitals across the country without drugs, it has been discovered that there are medics who steal the drugs from hospitals and sell them to private pharmacies and clinics. As a worker in the same ministry I have noticed drugs being loaded onto vehicles and taken out of the hospital stores with clearance from the stores manager. This has led to patients having to buy drugs from outside pharmacies after being told the drugs are not there in hospital. We call upon NDA,Ministry of health and police to investigate this vice at the Hospital and bring the culprits to book to save the poor ugandan that are being denied proper health services.
