The Prime Minister of Uganda Rt. Hon. Robinah Nabbanja considers cutting ties with singer Gravity Omutujju who is under scrutiny for the vulgar nature of his music.
Gravity Omutujju, alongside Lil Pazo, Ritah Dancehall, Shakiraa Shakira, and Gloria Bugie, have been summoned by the UNCC over vulgarity and indecent exposure.
While speaking on Sanyuka TV, Hon. Nabbanja said that she has worked with Gravity on a couple of campaigns because people ask for him.
She, however, is thinking about cutting ties with him and advises him to change.
I work with many artists on my campaigns, I give opportunities to different artists. I often move with Catherine Kusasira, (Eddy) Kenzo, Chameleone, Full Figure, (Ronald) Mayinja, and many others.
Once in a while, I also work with (Gravity) Omutujju because people demand for them. But if he is under scrutiny, I cannot work with him anymore. I am not so much into music, I do that for the people, to give them what they want.
We have laws that govern us, asking him to reform is a good thing. He knows what he is doing. I will ask him to change because the common person loves him.
