Fauziah Nakiboneka, a renowned The Ebonies actress, opened up about her inspiring school journey that was filled with challenges, growth, and triumph.
She shared how she often switched schools and sometimes skipped classes during her lower primary level.
Despite facing hardships from a tender age, she also wonders how she managed to score twelve (12) aggregates in her Primary Leaving Examinations (P.L.E).
When she joined high school for her Ordinary Level education, she also triumphed in the Uganda Certificate Education (U.C.E), scoring 18 aggregates.
Being among the top four female performers, her teachers, especially the Deputy teacher of her school, Mr. Ssenkumba, thought he was grooming a future politician but Fauziah chose Drama.
Speaking about whether she has any plans of joining politics, Fauziah expressed a little bit of interest citing how many artists have joined the field but also noted that she has some dislike for politics.
When I visited my former school, our Deputy Mr. Ssenkumba said he thought he was raising another Kadaga then I ended up in drama with my good grades. He was disappointed.
However, I can still achieve the dream of being one because so many artists have crossed to that side but I hate politics.
