The State Minister for Relief, Refugees and Disaster Preparedness who also doubles as Kitgum Woman MP Hon. Lillian Aber has called on the people of Kitgum to embrace and support government programs.
She said this yesterday as she joined her constituents for a belated Youth Day celebration in Omiya Anyima Sub County, Kitgum District.
During the celebration, she emphasized the importance of embracing government programs like Parish Development Model (PDM), agriculture, academic focus, health, and peace as the foundation for creating a better environment and building our nation through total cooperation with the government.
