The Chief of Defence Forces and Senior Presidential Adviser for Special Operations, General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, held a meeting with H.E. Frederieke Quispel, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Uganda, at the Defence Intelligence and Security Headquarters in Mbuya, Kampala.
During their discussions, they explored areas of shared interest, acknowledging the longstanding bilateral cooperation between their countries. Both sides affirmed their dedication to enhancing the relationship between Uganda and the Netherlands.
As a gesture of goodwill, General Kainerugaba gifted the ambassador a copy of the president’s autobiography along with a selection of Ugandan coffee.
Ambassador Quispel was joined by two embassy officials, including the Defence Attaché and First Secretary. She was one of the Ambassadors who presented their credentials to President Museveni last month, officially beginning her tenure in Uganda.
