Operation Wealth Creation (OWC) chief Gen Salim Saleh has passed out members of Digital Content Creators after successfully completing a patriotic course. This was at Rabora Youth Development Centre Gulu
The General called on the members to create responsible and developmental content that will foster economic needs.
The workshop was presided over by Director ICT OWC Eng. Wambogo , the head of Musevenomics in Digital Content Creators and founder of Federation of Uganda Social Media Digital Content Creators Mr. Kirabira Edson who also doubles as OWC Civil Coordinator/Socialites President.
The Socialite’s association has offices in Munyonyo on Reach Out Close, Gulu Eden Road next to NIRA Offices and Kapchorwa Market Street and Lumumba Avenue plot 6 next to the Danish Embassy.
Marcella of GCIC, Commissioners from UCC and ICT legal officers also attended and trained the 4-day workshop at Rabora Youth Development Centre Gulu, Acholi sub region.
