Former Tottenham forward, Darren Bent has warned Chelsea’s interim manager Frank Lampard he is in danger of a sudden end to his career.
Lampard has suffered two dismissals in his young managerial career. First with Chelsea and followed by Everton and in both cases, the results were unacceptable and unbearable to fans and club’s owners.
The 44-year-old was brought back by Chelsea owners to take charge of the club till the end of the season but has suffered 5 straight losses, including the Blues’ Champions League defeat to Real Madrid.
Bent warns that Lampard is in danger of ending his career as a manager if his woeful second spell at Chelsea continues.
He noted that Lampard may never get another managerial job if he cannot improve things soon.
“Lampard is clearly out of his depth! Why is he playing Kante upfront?
“If Chelsea’s form carries on he might not get a managerial job again,” he told talkSPORT.
