Kampala: The Management of National Water and Sewerage Corporation wishes to inform its valued customers and the general public that there will be interruptions in water supply on Friday 13th September, 2024 from 8am to 7pm.
The works are designed to improve power reliability at the Station.
Subsequently, water supply to Ggaba, Buziga, Kansanga, Munyonyo, Muyenga, Kampala CBD, Nansana, Matugga, Makerere, Kyengera, Nateete, Wankulukuku, Rubaga, Namirembe, Mengo, Kawempe, Bwaise, parts of Jinja road, Nakawa, Kyambogo, Namasuba, Najjanankumbi, Lubowa, Bombo road and the surrounding areas will be temporarily affected.
Customers are therefore advised to store water and use it sparingly as it takes time for the system to stabilize after a total plant shutdown.
