In 2026, Mr. Francis Mwiine Fred has vowed to become Member of Parliament (MP) for Ruhinda North Constituency in Mitooma District thereby dethroning Deputy Speaker Rt Hon Thomas Tayebwa.
Once he is given the mandate, Mr. Francis wants to work on Road renovation, economic empowerment, infrastructure development, promoting youth Agenda and many others.
He also wants to improve on health services, school rehabilitation as well , trade in the area as well as fighting corruption.
Mwiine is a biology and chemistry by profession for the last six years.
