Youthful Solomon Panafrican Able has promised to change the face of Rugarama North ahead of 2026 general elections.
Mr Solomon Able is set to contest for the Councillor LC 3 of Rugarama North in Ntungamo District.

He is already on the ground mobilizing for support and is eager to serve the people of Rugarama North.
Once he elected, he intends to lobby for electricity and water to the area. He also wants to improve on service delivery through monitoring government programs. He says he wants to be the voice of the voiceless.
