Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF) Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba visited the Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) Headquarters yesterday.
He was received by RDF Chief of Defence Staff Gen. MK Mubarakh.
The two delegations held talks focused on strengthening bilateral defense cooperation. Gen. Muhoozi emphasized enhancing the historical defense ties between the two armies, particularly through ongoing training projects.
