Dr. Ouma Patrick Onyai has set his sights on representing the people of Kibanda North Constituency in Kiryandongo District in 12th Parliament come 2026. He describes himself as “The long awaited leader” for Kibanda North.
He is here again in 2026 vying for the same seat he previously contested in 2021 but did not succeed.
He now wants to represent his people in 2026 in the 12th Parliament seat.
